for a Business Development Manager to join the team. The position
requires someone capable of expanding our brand's market position
by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business
relationships. Experience in the creation and management of a team
of sales representatives is required.
Relevant tertiary or professional qualification.
Minimum of three years sales experience.
Experience in canvassing and cold-calling into various types of
local businesses, with evidence of consistent and current
success.
Proven ability to close a high number of deals within tight
deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and social skills.
Network of contacts in the relevant sector is a definite
bonus.
Positive attitude, consultative approach and self-motivation are
all essential.
