Our client in the Regional Operations’ are searching for a High
profile Regional Marketing Manager
Minimum Requirements
Job Specification
Qualifications:
• Matric
• 3 year Degree/National Diploma in Marketing
• MBA specializing in Marketing (Advantageous)
Job Experience:
• 5-8 years experience in Marketing – Retail/ Brand/
Telecommunications/FMCG of which 3 should be at Management/
Supervisory level (Essential)
Key Outputs
• Manage all aspects of regional marketing including ATL, BTL,
PR, sponsorship, brand presence, etc
• Manage the Vodacom brand and ensure that the corporate
identity is maintained and promoted
• Post campaign evaluation of campaigns / promotions through ROI
(return on investment) and PIR (post implementation review)
reporting
• Management of regional marketing budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
(government and media). Successful management of external service
provides.
• Manage all regional internal communication
• Ensure that the regional marketing team are managed optimally
using the performance management system as well as personal
development plan
• Monitor regional competitor analysis
• Ensure all regional CSI initiatives are aligned and executed
in accordance with the Vodacom Foundation strategy
• Partner with the Sales Team in order to increase sales and
market share.
