Education/Degree:
Preferable but not essential
Skills & Experience Required:
Must have proven skills in customer support
Proficient in processes and documentation & maintenance
there of
Provide guidance and coaching to direct reports
Minimum of 3 years Service Desk, Incident life-cycle experience
working with or as part of an Service Desk, preferably in a process
strict environment
Possess strong technical and functional knowledge of a call
center operation
General knowledge of networking concepts
Must have professional phone presence
Brief Description:
One of the leading and biggest property estate agencies in South
Africa is looking for a service desk consultant to start in the
Cape Town office asap!
You will be responsible for Incident logging (detection and
recording)
Classification and initial support – classification by incident
category, type and item. Investigation and diagnosis (1stline
troubleshooting if possible)
Resolution and recovery (1stline if possible – Closed
1stCall)
Incident closure (closing of all calls even those assigned to
2ndand 3rdlines)
