Korbitec's Customer Service Centre invites applicants to apply
for the Customer Administrator opportunity which is a sixth month
contract. The Customer Administrator role provides administrative
support for Korbitec's software products. The ideal candidate must
have excellent attention to detail, strong administration skills,
have a passion for customer service, target driven and be a team
player.
Qualifications:
Advantageous:
- Microsoft Office Specialist certification
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
- Strong administrative skills
- Methodical with good organisational skills
- Confident and friendly
- Energetic with a positive attitude
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining customer records in Microsoft CRM
- Capturing customer registrations
- Communication with customers and internal departments
- Phone and email support
- Documentation and Reporting
- Projects / Campaigns
- Customer Care
- Updating spreadsheets for Account purposes
- Liaising with Branch Consultants
