Administrator & Social Facilitator: PMU
Total Cost to Employer: R202 121.00 per annum
Basic salary: R124 178.00 – R141 587.00 per annum (Level 8) (Ref.
TS/08/12)
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Senior) Certificate
- Twelve months’ working experience
- Computer literacy certificate.
Key performance areas:
- Render support to the Manager within the Project Management
Unit in administration and social facilitation tasks to ensure the
smooth running of the administration component within the unit
- Perform secretarial functions for the PMU Manager to ensure an
effective and efficient administrative support service
- Perform reception activities to ensure the friendly greeting of
the public and direct them to the relevant persons
- Perform general office administration by creating, organising
and maintaining a filing system for divisions for referral and
control purposes
- Administer internal and external correspondence to ensure the
accurate administration thereof
- Handle administration regarding the telephone accounts to
exercise the proper control thereof
- Perform typing services to ensure the accurate typing of
documents needing to be typed
- Perform meeting administration to ensure the effective
organisation of meetings which must take place.
