Office of the Municipal Manager
Personal Assistant to the Mayor
Total Cost to Employer: R268 177.00 per annum
Basic salary: R165 442.54 - R182 703.75 per annum (Level 6) (Ref.
MM/01/12)
Requirements:
- Grade 12 and National Certificate
- Commitment to the call of duty
- Dynamic attitude.
Key performance areas:
- Coordinate functions in the Office of the Mayor
- Attend to clients of the Mayor on her behalf
- Coordinate and arrange for the Mayor’s forums
- Coordinate management meetings (internally)
- Manage the Mayor’s diary
- Attend meetings and represent the Mayor as required
- Liaise with the Municipal Manager and carry out functions
assigned by the Mayor
- Perform any other function as may be delegated by the
Supervisor
