Job Description:
Our national client currently has a vacancy in Johannesburg for
a National Corporate Sales Manager who, reporting into the Head of
Operations will be responsible for the new revenue target on all
corporate products and the staffing, directing and management of a
Johannesburg and Cape Town based sales team.
Relevant post-graduate degree: B.Com Honours in Investment
Management and/or a CFA qualification will be advantageous.
5-7 Years sales management experience.
At least 5 years' sales management experience within the financial
and investment industry.
Consistent record of success in achieving sales targets.
Proven leadership and ability to effectively drive sales
teams.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and
requirements.
Very target driven.
Understand both how buy/sell decisions and commercial value
determinations are made.
Demonstrated ability to apply a market/strategic vision on top of
the end user provided requirements.
Demonstrated problem solving capability and decision making
skills.
Grace under pressure and an unwavering respect for delivery
deadlines.
Exemplary interpersonal and organisational skills.
Superb verbal and written communication and presentation
skills.
Strong service orientation and customer focused.
Strong ability to build and maintain successful relationships with
clients, strategic partners and within the group.
Self motivated. Willingness to travel.
