Job Description:
A outstanding company in the engineering consulting industry is
looking for a Tender Coordinator or Bid Facilitator with the
primary function of on time management of the company s tender
process from receipt of enquiry to issuing of the tender documents.
A minimum of 5 years work experience is required, preferablly with
previous exposure to engineering tenders. Your responsibilities
will include the collation of the required information from the
engineering, financial and marketing departments, forming part of a
specific tender document. Ensuring that tenders are of a high
standard and that the tender documents submitted, comply to all the
specific tender and legal requirements.
The company has grown to the point where they realised the need for
a Tender Coordinator. This is a new position and awaits your skills
and experience to set the standard.
You will have:
A formal tertiary qualification, preferable but not
essential.
A minimum of 5 years experience in engineering tenders and their
relevant processes.
You will be responsible for:
On time management of the companies tender process from when the
tender is recieved up to the issuing of the tender document.
Collation of all the required information forming part of the
tender document.
Ensuring that the tenders are of a high standard.
Provinding monthly feedback on tender submissions and the status of
the respective projects.
Evaluating unsuccessful tenders to establish relevant
reasoning.
Updating and evaluation of equipment pricing trends.
Salary: R350 000 to R450 000 CTC PA
Qualification Required: BCom or equivalent Diploma
