Salary: R 221 058 per annum plus 37%

Requirement:
- Three-year tertiary qualification or equivalent qualification
plus three years relevant experience.
- Code EB driver licence.

Duties:
- Manage training and development
- Performance Management
- Develop and ensure adherence to the Labour Centre service
delivery standards
- Ensure and facilitate implementation of training and
development performance policies
- Coordination of training activities in the Province
- Monitor and evaluate Training
- Manage performance of staff.
