Assistant Director: Training and Performance (six months contract)
Centre: Provincial Office: Management Support Services,
Provincial Directorate: KwaZulu- Natal

Salary: R 221 058 per annum plus 37%
All inclusive package R 295 097 per annum

Requirement:

  • Three-year tertiary qualification or equivalent qualification plus three years relevant experience.
  • Code EB driver licence.

Duties:

  • Manage training and development
  • Performance Management
  • Develop and ensure adherence to the Labour Centre service delivery standards
  • Ensure and facilitate implementation of training and development performance policies
  • Coordination of training activities in the Province
  • Monitor and evaluate Training
  • Manage performance of staff.
