Assistant Director: Collective Bargaining
Centre: Chief Directorate: Labour Relations, Head Office, Pretoria

Salary: Commencing: R 221 058 per annum
All Inclusive: R 287 158 per annum

Requirements: A relevant three-year tertiary or equivalent qualification in Labour Relations. Experience: At least three years supervisory and functional experience in collective bargaining with a proven track record.

Duties:

  • Render the process of registrations, amalgamations and cancellation of registrations
  • Obtain information to monitor compliance of labour organisations with legislation
  • Obtain information to recommend extension of collective agreements and interact with councils on all matters relating to collective agreements and council functions
  • Obtain and analyse information in terms of strengthening the capacity of labour market institutions
  • Managing the resources of the Directorate.
