Job Description:
A technology and product focussed head with entrepreneurial and
commercial flair that will lead one of South Africa's fastest
growing online recruitment businesses into new markets.
Relevant tertiary degree; M inimum of 3 years' experience working
in a senior management capacity with examples of successful sales
and/or technical implementation; P roven track record in high-level
digital product development; Good understanding of sales management
process / client relationship management; Proficiency in software
applications and software development cycles.
Entrepreneurial and driven to find commercial success.
Strong technical fluency with a focus on digital product
development, user experience, SEO and SEM.
Knowledge of sales of software and online services.
Understanding of financial markets and the relevant
ecosystem.
Conceptual thinker, driven, assertive and innovative.
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills / Good negotiation skills.
Administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and
liaison.
Excellent analytical skills (comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets
etc.).
Self-motivated/ Able to work under pressure and meet tight
deadlines.
