Job Description:
RESPONSIBITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
v Assist with the continuous
refinement, development and maintenance of competency matrices
v Assist with the continuous
refinement, development and maintenance of career and Succession
Planning schedules
v Responsible for the successful
completion of any project within the given deadline
v Coaching others by providing
timely guidance and feedback to reinforce specific competencies
required to accomplish a task or solve a problem
v Assist with the implementation
and maintenance of Human resources Information System
v Provide an efficient HR support
service
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
v Grade 12
v Relevant tertiary qualification
in Human Resources.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
v 1 year practical experience of HR
systems and software
v 4 years experience as a general HR
practitioner
v 1 year knowledge of Organizational
Development
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
v Intermediate knowledge on Ms
Office
v Basic level of understanding of
budgeting and cost control
v Basic level of understanding strategic
objectives
v Basic understanding of HR principles,
processes and procedures
v Basic knowledge and understanding of
relevant legislation
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
v Interpersonal Skills
v Planning and Organisational Skills
v Computer literacy
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
v Valid Drivers license.
v Must be willing to travel.
