The successful candidate will be dealing with international
clients therefore are required to be fluent in written and spoken
English. Excellent communication skills is required.
You will be responsible for providing 2nd level application
support on applications within a Service Level Agreement.
You will be required to follow a process for logging faults,
communicating in email or verbally to the developers of the
problems and actions that were taken to resolve the fault.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 experience in software application support
Applicable tertiary qualification preferential
(Advantageous)
Financial services background (Advantageous)
Working knowledge of SQL essential
Working knowledge of helpdesk processes
Excellent communication skills (servicing UK clients, good
spoken and written English is essential)
Analysis / Problem Assessment
You will need to log calls and provide regular incident and
problem status reports.
Keep all those required informed as to the status of incidents
reported
Escalate all problems and incidents that can’t be resolved to
1st line.
Assist with user queries

MS SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008
