Executive: Trading and Relationship
Management
A newly-created senior appointment in Johannesburg for the
strategic thinker who can exponentially grow this unique online
financial services business.
We are seeking to appoint a business oriented, creative and
innovative stock-broker to act as Executive: Trading and
Relationship Manager for PSG Online, reporting to the Chief
Executive. It is therefore imperative for the incumbent to have
in-depth knowledge of stockbroking, financial markets and Financial
Services legislation.
The position entails not only managing teams but also being the
face of the business; doing radio and television appearances to
represent the company and building and maintaining relationships
with high net worth clients.
The successful incumbent will manage the PSG Online trading desk
and client services teams with main responsibilities being to
create trading ideas, give market commentary, grow income and
client base.
Experience:
- Managing a dealing desk
- Communicating market information to the media
- Stockbroking
- Marketing & Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Head of Sales
- Market Commentator
- Marketing of PSG Online
- Management and Supervision of staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 year's Stockbroking industry experience at
managerial level
- Sound and practical knowledge of the Financial Markets and
Legislation
- Exposure to strategic development, growth and execution of a
business strategy
- Proven experience in leading a team, organisational performance
& public speaking
- Relevant Post Graduate qualification
- JSE & Equity Derivative Exams completed
- Member of SA Stockbroking Institute & RPE will be to your
advantage.
