Partner or Human Resources Practitioner.

Qualification
- Masters degree in Industrial Psychology or equivalent
- Registered Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
- Understanding of Change Processes
- Understanding of Performance Management and improvement
processes
- Hands-on exposure to the various Talent Management
processes
- Human Resources information systems understanding
- Minimum 4 years experience in HR role(s) in a comparable
environment
- Intimate understanding of Learning and development, including
all processes
- Basic Project Management skills
- BCEA, Employment Equity, Labour Relations Act and Skills
Development Act
- Career development methodologies
- Human Resources Development approaches
- Human Resources and Company Policies and Procedures
- People Management
