Principal Personnel Officer: Human Resources Operations
Centre: Chief Directorate: Human Resources Management, Head Office, Pretoria
Reference No: HR 4/4/5/3/HO
Salary: Commencing:R 149 742 per annum
All inclusive: R 200 567 per annum

Requirements: A relevant three-year tertiary or equivalent qualification with two years supervisory
experience or a Senior Certificate with five years functional experience.

Duties:

  • Administer Service Benefits of employees such as leave, service terminations and housing
  • Administer recruitment and selection processes within the Department
  • Provide 100% support service when required to all employees in Human Resources Management, Provinces and Programmes
  • Manage staff and other resources.

of a foreign qualification, it must be accompanied by an evaluation certificate from the South African Qualification Authority
(SAQA). Applicants who do not comply with the above-mentioned requirements, as well as applications received late, will not
be considered.
