the following experience is required:

-mapping of buisness processes and progress in the following
areas
- sales performance
- reporting
- identify gaps and problems in the branches
- looking at transformation issues
- BEE claim backs
- finding solutions for gaps and problems and actioning
these
Training
- Assessments of learners and their progress
- Induction training -class room style
- will do a basic needs analysis of the branch and report
- coordiantion and training of all relevent courses/interventions
and skills as well as soft skills training
- strong reporting skills a must
