Job Description:
BCom graduate with data analysis and research capabilities
coupled with sound industry and company analysis
Financial analysis skills and knowledge of economic issues to
serve as Research/Data Analyst
Excellent MS Office skills especially Word, Powerpoint and Excel
skills.
Knowledge of MS CRM or equivalent will be an advantage
Financial modelling skills. Ability to develop macros and
able to use pivot tables to analyse data.
Data analysis skills. Proficiency in statistics would be
an advantage
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Networking
Problem solving skills
Good numeric skills
Perform desktop research as required.
Company and industry analysis. The incumbent will be
responsible for sourcing and analysing relevant industry/ sector
information and packaging it into intelligible content which will
assist the Strategic Projects Fund in making investment
decisions.
Analysis of deals/ investment portfolio data from the CRM system
and the Funds for performance reporting purposes. The
incumbent will be responsible for collecting data and liaising to
ensure the accuracy of the data.
Developing financial models as required.
Compilation of the Monthly and Quarterly Performance
Reports.
Preparation of ad hoc presentations.
Responding to ad hoc requests for performance information.
Participation in the co-ordination of strategic planning
workshops as required.
