Job Description:
An IT company with over 15 years of experience in developing
user interfaces that make it simple to forecast demand, plan
assortments and inventory, allocate and replenish products and
place orders is looking for candidates with a demand
planning/supply chain consulting background with technical SQL
knowledge.

- BEng. Industrial Engineer
- BSc. Computer Science
Work Description (Key Performance Areas)
Analysis and Design
- An understanding of SDLC (systems development life cycle) and
the processes involved in formalizing a project from inception to
completion.
- The confidence to meet with business users to map out current
AS-IS business processes.
- Gap / Requirements analysis including AS-IS vs TO-BE business
processes and ROI metrics.
- Process engineering and re-engineering and change
management
- Data modelling, benchmarking & analysis around key metrics
pertaining to supply, demand and inventory performance.
- Basic development skills with regards to Microsoft's SQL Server
Suite (includes Integration, Analysis and Reporting services.
Technical Ability
- Basic understanding in the use and maintenance of Microsoft's
SQL Server Suite.
- Be comfortable with the setup and installation of
software.
- Basic understanding of SQL Server Reporting services (report
writing).
- Rudimentary data integration skills and understanding
required.
- Data analysis and mining. .
Areas of growth
Through the implementation of the product the candidate will

- Gain an understanding of the SCM (supply chain management)
domain and grow into the business consulting arena.

Important Notes
- The ability to travel abroad will be a necessity. Our company
