Roles & Outcomes:
Main focus will be on Microsoft business in Zambia
Essential:
- Knowledge of TCP / IP
- Knowledge of MPLS; VPN's
- Knowledge of routing protocols like BOP and OSPF
- CISCO OIS commands and functions
- Advance level of MS Excel
- Sound knowledge of MS Operating systems
- Time and priority management
- BCX client policies and procedures
- BCX ethics and values
Required level of education:
- Grade 12, NQF Level 4 plus diploma
Minimum level of qualification required:
- Server 2008 certification
- Windows 2010 certification
Previous experience:
Travelling will be required. Candidates must have a valid
driver's license and own car.
