Job Description:
We are a growing cleaning company based in Sandton. We are
looking for an energetic and motivated new business sales
consultant to increase our market share in the Contract Cleaning
sector. A well-established network and proven sales track record of
bringing in new business from scratch; ability to conduct a
thorough needs analysis; negotiate; present and close opportunities
is essential.
Education, Skills and Competencies
Matric certificate
3 years or more cleaning industry sales experience i.e. employed
full-time as an external sales representative for 3 years with a
medium to large sized company.
Proven ability to cold call/bring in sales from companies from
scratch
Valid driver's license
Own reliable transport
A proven sales track record in the cleaning industry i.e. met or
exceeded sales targets consistently
Computer Literacy
Microsoft Office skills
Formal sales skills training highly advantageous
Communicate exceptionally well (orally and written)
Present professionally
Job Specification
We're looking for a high-energy person who has sold into the
corporate sector; preferably having built an established personal
network with which doors can be opened immediately. Face to face
selling is what is required. We are not looking for a telesales
agent or a key accounts manager.
You will be expected to generate your own leads as well as
reactivate dormant accounts and clients from our database.
Territory is open, across Gauteng.
Basic is R7000pm negotiable (no med aid or other benefits) plus a
cell phone allowance. Realistic and easily attainable sales targets
will be set. Once targets are met, generous commission will be paid
on all completed sales. There is excellent commission potential for
the right person.
