Job Description:
This large Consulting Company is looking to employ an
experienced K3/K4 resource specialising in SAP PS/IM. The primary
role of this position will be to provide support to the SAP user
environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a
team will be key to this position.
Responsibilities:
Analysis and design of system enhancements and configuration
changes.
Functional and Technical Specification documentation
Perform system upgrade and quality assurance testing
Solution Deployment
Perform Incident and Change Management processes in line with
Customer's standards.
User training.
Qualifications and Experience:
A Degree or Diploma or SAP certification in the relevant
module.
Minimum of 3 year overall support experience in the relevant SAP
module.
