Job Description:
AVBOB has a vacancy at their Kroonstad Life
Office for a Broker Consultant.
Responsibilities include; dealing with insurance brokers on a
daily basis; the recruitment and training of brokers; reaching set
targets and providing weekly feedback; processing of new business
and enquiries as well as related administration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven success in the marketing of life assurance for at least
3 years, preferably as manager/consultant
- Matric (Grade 12) and /or tertiary education with 30 credits on
a NQF 4 level
- Own reliable transport
- Valid driver’s licence
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Must have worked for a financial services provider for at least
2 years
