Job Description:
ENVIRONMENT:
Our client based inCape Townrequires a Senior Network
Administrator to join their team. You will provide onsite dedicated
senior infrastructure administration.
DUTIES:
1. Network administrator and systems architect.
2. Infrastructure stability and uptime.
3. Taking the lead role for Microsoft, specifically Exchange, SQL,
and AD.
4. VMware administration.
5. Provisioning of servers.
6. Backup process.
7. SAN health and administration, including the provisioning of
storage.
8. WAN and LAN architecture
9. SAN configuration
10. DR
11. Replication technologies and redundancy optimization.
12. IT Projects
13. After hours work
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 5 years relevant experience.
2. Financial industry experience would be a plus.
Ideal Experience :
1. MCSE, A+ etc.
2. VCP (VMware Certified Professional)
Essential .
3. MS Exchange.
4. MS Server.
5. Cisco networking would be a plus.
6. SQL would be a plus.
7. SharePoint would be a plus.
Systems Knowledge :
1. MS Exchange.
2. MS Server.
3. Cisco.
4. SQL.
