Job Description:
A well-established construction company focused on selected
infrastructure, energy and mining opportunities is seeking the
expertise of a Quality Assurance Officer (Situated in Brits).
Key Performance Areas (duties & responsibilities):
-Ensuring implementation and maintenance of site QA Management
System, meeting ISO 9001:2008 requirements
-Manage document/drawing control system on site
-Conducting internal site audits
-Generate quality control plans
-Compile, verify and maintain inspection documentation for
inspections and tests conducted
-Implement and manage site quality system
-Conducting audits, site visits and surveillance visits
-Identification and implementation of QA improvement projects
Academic Qualifications:
-Grade 12
-ISO 9001:2008 Qualification will be beneficial
Experience:
-5 Years work experience
-2 years related experience within a mining/construction
environment
-Quality Assurance exposure
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-Computer literate - MS Office
-Attention to detail
-Innovation
-Analytical thinking
-Numerical, verbal and technical aptitude
-Report writing skills
