Job Description:
An exciting and challenging career opportunity is available in
Telesure Group Services within the Claims Administration
discipline. The Policy Services Consultant
contributes to the organisational goals by providing an after-sales
service to customers, as well as utilising cross-selling
opportunities of new products, and furthermore, to ensure the data
integrity of client information. and to build and maintain client
and broker relationships.
Key accountability areas included in the domain of this
position, are:
Operational / Technical / Financial Results:
- Attain and exceed the set sales targets (upselling) e.g.
amendment SPV, re-instatements etc
- Ensure effective time utilisation
Personal Competence Results:
- Ensure effective updating of own product and system
knowledge
- FAIS compliance and / or undergoing training
Innovation Results:
- Contribute to optimising work practices and procedures
Relationship Results:
- Effectively build and maintain relationships with service
providers, colleagues and clients
Customer Results:
- Ensure continuous availability to service clients through
dealing timeously with enquiries and requests
- Provide accurate information to client and brokers, and keep
them informed of new product developments
- Add value to clients through the assurance of adequate
coverage
- Resolve issues at first point of client contact (or know where
to refer for resolution)
- Ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention
Requirements:
Standard 10 / Grade 12 / NQF 4
Minimum 4 - 6 months call centre experience (client service
related)
Minimum 4 - 6 months experience in short-term insurance
industry
