Job Description:
Sandton based MARKET LEADER in the financial services sector
requires a Java Developer..
Key Purpose:
Translate the CRS and PRS into executable code without errors.
Find effective software solutions to technical issues. Ensure that
the application performs the functions as required by business.
Releases source code with zero defects. Actively coach other
developers during the code review process to understand and apply
the DHS coding standards.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience in source code development.
• BSc Computer Science/ Information systems
• Formal Java Qualification
Knowledge:
- Processes: SDLC. Unit Testing.Database structure design.Technical
Change Control.
- Technologies: Java SE; Java EE; Spring; WebLogic; XML/XSD
including XSD Design; SQL and RDBMS
Technical Skills: Business Writing, Software development within
SDLC, Data modeling
Reference number for this position is gz24230 which is a
permanent position based in Sandton offering R600k per annum cost
to company negotiable on experience.
