Position: Senior Technician Maintenance and Commissioning x 4
Position/Task Grade: T12
Area of specialisation: To lead, supervise and execute secondary plant maintenance activities as well as turnkey commissioning projects from planning phase to final commissioning / re-commissioning.

Minimum Requirements

• Qualification(s) :
  • National Diploma
  • 3 years related experience
  • BSc or B.Tech Degree
  • 2 years related experience
  • Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current / Light Current)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Technical Testing and investigations
  
• Maintenance of AC & DC drives, UPS ??s, Battery chargers and standby power batteries.
  
• Installation and commissioning of all above equipments.
  
• Fault finding and repairs on above equipments.
  
• Perform standby duties
  
• Compile and submit technical reports
  
• Performing operational activities
  
• Supervision of maintenance staff
  
• Management of section budget and resources
  
• Client interface to ensure that all requirements are fulfilled
  
• Planning and co-ordination of activities
  
• Performing client and stakeholder relationship management
