The Team Manager contributes to the organisational goals by driving
operational results and delivery in his/ her specific area of
focus

Driving operational efficiency through team members, to produce
targets and results
Driving service delivery
Leadership Results:
Coaching and supporting staff
Management Results:
Maximise efficiencies and service delivery (staff and
business)
Relationship Results:
Effectively build and maintain relationships with service
providers, colleagues and clients
Customer Results:
Ensure customer satisfaction
The successful incumbent for the above position/(s) will
have the following profile:
- Standard 10 / Grade 12 / NQF 4
- 3 - 4 years experience in customer service related
environment
- 2 years experience in claims related role
- Understanding of management principles
- Passionate individual with strong results orientation
- Analytically minded person with solution development
capabilities
