Our client, a national leader in the private healthcare
industry, requires a suitably qualified and experienced Technical
Supervisor.
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
qualification
- Min 3 -5 years of post-graduate
experience
- Experience within a hospital environment will be an
advantage
- Exposure in the following fields: planned maintenance,
budgeting and
financial controls
- Previous supervisory experience is strongly recommended
- Valid driver's license
- Computer skills in Excel and MS Word
Key outputs:
- Human Resource management which includes performance management
and staff development
- Prioritizing, allocating and execution of workload and
tasks
- Control expenditure of technical -, capital- and operational
budget
- Planned maintenance and internal projects managed
- Risks managed
- On-site contractors managed
- Client service and quality managed
- Knowledge of maintenance of hospital related equipment, air
conditioning system as well as steam and compressed air is an
advantage
Market related Salary (R352K CTC p/a - depending on
experience) + medical aid, pension fund, subsidized creche and 13
th Cheque
