Job Description:
Requirements
- National Diploma / HSRC accredited qualification
- Internal auditor certificate ISO/TS 16949 : 2002
- Extensive experience within the manufacturing/assembly
enviroment - automotive industry
- Detailed knowledge of VDA 6.3, 8D Tops and the ISO TS
16949:2002 QMS standard
- Basic knowledge of ISO 14001:2004
- Working knowledge in the application of quality techniques
(i.e. statistical fault analysis, problem solving methods)
- Thorough knowledge in design and maintaining of process risk
evaluation (FMEA)
Duties
- Assist in the implementation and maintaining the Quality
Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO TS 16949:2002
and ISO 14001:2004 in plant
- Overall responsibile for Quality Assurance of products
- Ensures that requirements of the QMS as well as customers
requirements are maintained at a high level
