Job Description:
A Contract Administration Co-ordinator is needed.You should have
extensive contract experience, preferably in entertainment/media
/IP law.Company location Johannesburg - Randburg area.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, allocate and manage resources to effectively manage staff and
deliver against set objectivesLiaise with Acquisitions Executives
on the drafting of Letters of Offer and checking thereofReview mark
ups of contracts and offersLiaise with Finance department and
acquisitions team to execute and amend dealsDrafting and
maintenance of SOP documentsEffectively maintain good working
relationships with LegalUpdating of all contract documents in line
with the changing needs of the business.Liaise with Acquisitions
Executives on the drafting of Letters of Offer and checking
thereofLiaise with Finance department and acquisitions team to
execute and amend dealsEffectively maintain good working
relationships with LegalUpdating of all contract documents in line
with the changing needs of the business.Recruitment and selection
of direct reportsManage the performance and output of the
department through the approved procedures and processes.Identify,
implement and manage skills development programmesMonthly Reports
and monthly meetings with Head of Contracts and own
staff.Requirements
Paralegal, or equivalentFamiliarity with business rules, deal memos
and conditions of contracts an advantageSynergy knowledge an
advantageExcellent computer and typing skillsGood knowledge and
experience in the television industry
