* Plant management: Efficient logistics and manufacturing
processes
* People growth and Leadership
* Maintained internal and external relationships
* Process improvement and innovation drive
* Compliance management i.t.o. statutory requirements i.e. health
and safety, safe food manufacturing, environmental impact, quality
control etc.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Eight years relevant experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant Degree or Post Matric Qualification: Certificates in all
grain grading, milling modules 1+2, fumigation, Chamber of baking
and City +Guilds QA
