Job Description:
Pharmacist - PE - Production
Production Pharmacist 2011
o Review production Schedule Requirements
o Conduct handover to pharmacist on next shift
o Participate in general meetings
o Meet shift targets and ensure adequate control
o Controls non production spent items
o Ensure that production output recorded accurately
o Trend yields and lead projects to maximise yields, reduce
deviations and CAPA raised
o Ensure adherence to daily production plan/commitment lists
o Liase with internal supplier
o Monitoring downtime and problem solving
o Accuracy of documents and queries
o Close out of deviations as per lead time
o Perform training of operators on BMR, SOP's and new operating
work instructions
o Ensure effective Team work
o Compliance to cGMP, SOP's, internal audits
o Drawing up of new and the updating of SOP's
o Ensure MCC and other regulatory bodies audit compliance and
readiness
o Ensure Health and Safety standards adhered to
