Job Description:
We are seeking an Aftersales Consultant to
strive in providing customers with a professional service
experience. Whilst ensuring adequate communication between
customers, parts and service departments in achieving customer
satisfaction goals.
Minimum Requirements:
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Advantageous Requirements:
Computer Literate (Office Suite), Drivers License, Motor
Dealership industry (Technical Experience), Technical

Key Performance
Prepare for the arrival of Customers;
- S-CSI
- Accurate customer information
- Outstanding parts orders
- Unpaid invoices (outstanding cash)
- WIP
Taking care of customer at initial consultation upon
arrival:
- S-CSI
- First time fix (no comebacks)
- Quality of repair oder
- Unpaid invoices (outstanding cash)
- Physical observation of greeting customer by manager: greet by
name, what work is required, what the nature of the previous
service action were
Ensure accurate Warranty and Motor plan details on
system:
- Quality of repair orders
- Caesar System
Update Dealer Management System, track all vehicles and
update control systems:
- Accurate customer database
- Up to date control system (i.e. BSI, Workshop loading
etc.)
Liaise with Customer:
- Spot check of physical availability of ASC
- Customer calls diarised
- S-CSI
- BSI
Ensure accurate invoice payments:
- Outstanding invoices
- Rejected claims
