Job Description:
Objectives
To ensure financial controls and budget management for all projects
as well as the general office management (Overtime etc) as per
company standards (KPA's, policies and procedures)
Ensure that staff are managed optimally using the performance
management system as well as personal development plan
Manage the brand and ensure that the corporate identity is
maintained and promoted throughout events (rugby, in store
promotions), in store branding (Point of Sales), publicity and
relationship building
Build relationships with key stake holders (SP's, media, dealers,
business partners , government, customers, hospitalities and events
as well as constant networking
Assist service providers to increase sales and market share by
initiating promotions, events etc)
Ensure compliance to Company policies and procedures (Financial,
ISO 9000. marketing, health & safety)
Manage regional and national sponsorships and manage the corporate
responsibility and Foundation projects in the region

Qualifications:
3 year diploma / degree in Marketing / Public Relations /
Communication / B Com in Marketing (Essential)Management
courses/diploma/certificate - informal (Desirable)
Post graduate in Management/marketing/Public
Relations/Communication Science (Desirable)
Experience:
4-5 years experience in the fields of Marketing / Public Relations
/ Communication / Media Relations of which 3 should be at
management / supervisory level(Essential)*Please note that the onus
lies with the candidate to provide us with substantial evidence to
prove that his/her qualification is equivalent to the required NQF
(National Qualifications Framework) level for the specific
position
