Job Description:
My Client is a fully-integrated digital agency who is looking
for energetic, creative experienced and driven incumbent to fill
the position of Senior Front-End Developers within their
Johannesburg team as they continue to build South Africa's largest
digital agency.
Requirements: The successful candidate will be required to build
large websites, using a content management system which has been
developed by the Company.
Qualifications / Skills Required:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three+ years
experience in building websites on a full-time basis, within a
similar working environment. Previous experience working with
content management systems is an advantage
The successful candidate will have an immense passion for the
Internet and Web-based technologies. He/She will be a fast learner
with all the relevant skills, someone who has a blog, or who has
worked with content management systems such as Wordpress, Joomla or
Drupal. Must have advanced HTML and CSS knowledge, with Javascript
knowledge being a bonus
Technologies / Competencies:
Advanced HTML and CSS abilities
Basic understanding of XML
Knowledge of Dreamweaver an advantage
Graphic design ability not necessary, but must be able to work
with a graphics package, such as Photoshop or Fireworks, and cut up
PSDs
CMS knowledge a major advantage
Reference number for this position is
vs24150 which is a permanent position based in
Johannesburg offering a salary R200 000 - R120 000 per annum cost
to company negotiable on experience. My Client offers career
