Position Summary:
  • Represent company and its different brands of products to existing/established dealers, as well as source new dealers, in order to increase sales, growth and profitability of the company.
  • Full accountability for Sales team performance.
  • Continue to maintain technical knowledge of products

Dealer Relationships and Management

Develop and maintain relationships with customers at senior and salesman levels 

Sales Team Management

Management and monitoring of sales team

Sales Strategy

Develop strategies to assist product sell 

Sales forecasting and planning

Dealers outside Gauteng

Oversee the development of dealers outside of Gauteng – KZN / CT / Welkom/ Bloemfontein/Rustenburg/Nelspruit

Grow our footprint outside of Gauteng


Be available to assist at relevant trade shows, dealer functions and launches when required. Also be available to assist with deliveries or repairs or tech support for customers if required

Product Training

Attending product training, local and internationally 

Competitor and Market Anaylsis

Monitoring our competition

Ongoing SWOT analysis

Analysis of brands and products sold


Financial reporting:

Track and be aware of the financial status of all your accounts

Candidate Requirements

Matric essential

Own vehicle is essential

Valid driver's license essential

Stable and proven track record within SALES and Key Account Management

Must have electronic and sound industry experience

Must have strong technical product knowledge
