Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

Receptionist Duties:

  • Answering and screening calls
  • Transferring calls to relevant departments or taking messages
  • Distribution of post
  • Arrange Courier Service
  • Attending to visitors and ensuring that the Reception area is always neat and tidy

Contracts Secretary duties

  • Secretarial support to the Contract Manager
  • Arranging Visa’s, accommodation and flights for managers and teams
  • Generating Internal Orders and sending to Stores for distribution
  • Compiling Supervisors files for each new job
  • Scanning and filing of Quality documentation upon completion of job
  • Book Medicals and inductions
  • Compiling site production reports when required
Candidate Requirements

You will need the following qualifications:

  • Matric
  • +- 5 years experience in Administration


You will need the following skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Computer literate
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Good administration and interpersonal skills
