Main Purpose of the Role:
The successful individual will service and expand a rapidly growing customer base through the direct selling and promotion of the Telkom products and services.
Our client would describe you as an individual with solid and proven product sales, presentation and customer relationship building skills. You are a highly organised, systematic, self-managed, and self-driven individual who possesses a thorough understanding of the dynamics of the product.
Key Responsibilities include:
Organising and controlling customer base, through researching, planning and scheduling of client visits, conducting sales presentations/proposals, carrying out cold-calls and up-dating the relevant administration.
Advising customers on which technology is suitable for them
Setting up and managing client contracts.
Accurately receiving and processing customer orders, complaints and queries.
Preparing quotes for customers.
