To establish and improve the patient safety culture and outcomes in the hopsital by coordinating inclusive system analysis of relevant near-misses, adverse incidents, mortalities, legal cases and complaints relating to clinical care. The outcomes of these investigations as well as Group Patient Safety goals, will guide the focus of improvement areas. Proven Quality Improvement (QI) methodology will be employed to design, implement and spread improvement initiatives in collaboration with hospital teams (clinical staff and students) to achieve patient safety goals and reduce patient harm.
