Key Accountabilities:


  • Internal and external advertising of positions available in Ogilvy
  • Managing the end to end administrative process for the activity


  • Sourcing and screening of  candidates followed by presentation to Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Assist with coordination of resourcing activities or logistics
  • Drive Transformation

Resourcing Administration:

  • Manages and maintains candidate status throughout the process
  • Analyses metrics, reports emerging trends and produces and supplies statistical information on request
  • Provides other recruitment related administration as required by the Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Champions the compliance agenda; identifies and implements improvements

Please note that this is a contract role from 01 March 2017 - 30 June 2017.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Tertiary Qualification
  • Experience sourcing Advertising, Marketing and Media candidates
  • Has a deep knowledge of the Sourcing Process and associated policies, procedures and practices
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and use data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate superior customer service skills
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Exposure to a pressurised recruitment environment including high volume recruitment
