The position entails a basic salary as well as benefits such as Primary care, Provident Fund, Transport Allowance, Shift Allowance and Incentives based on KPIS being met.

Candidate Requirements

Min Requirements:

·   Must have 6-12 months Call Centre Customer Service Experience or 12 months unbroken High End Retail Experience.

·   Experience within a Contact Centre or having dealt with the UK market would be advantageous.

·   Must be able to handle complex queries with strong computer ability.

·   Must be credit and criminal record clear.

·   Grade 12 / Matric.

Must be able to work in a 365 day Call Centre Environment and be able to work ROTATIONAL SHIFTS.
