Our client is looking for a bright Support Engineer to join their team.


  • Provide technical support for organization’s IT infrastructure.
  • Install and configure hardware and software systems.
  • Repair and maintain network and operating systems for uninterrupted services.
  • Perform system upgrades and improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Perform routine inspections to identify malfunctions, defects and replacements.
  • Perform regular back-up and archiving processes to ensure data recoverability.
  • Address email concerns and user access and permission issues.
  • Perform regular antivirus updates on computer systems.
  • Assist in developing information security policies and IT documentation.
  • Manage the business requests in compliance with the IT policies.
  • Coordinate with other business units to meet system objectives.
  • Analyze root cause of complex technical issues and provide corrective actions.
  • Develop process improvements to enhance reliability, availability and performance of network and server systems.
  • Develop alternative technical solutions for achieving operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Retains all supporting documentation and files in an organized and systematic manner.

Candidate Requirements


  • BSc / BTech
  • Good marks in Matric
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience
  • Strong problem solving skills
