We're on the hunt for a National Recruitment Lead to deliver the recruitment strategy for the Sales division of the business.  You will actively recruit key strategic leadership for the Sales team, as well as within the Sales force, and pro-actively seek and identify the next level of sales leadership.

You will continuously advance and optimise our Recruitment processes to stay relevant and competitive, and ensure the Recruiters are trained, up-skilled and delivering in line with the business principles and processes.
