Our client based in Durbanville has an open position for a Trust Attorney to become a part of their dynamic team.

Requirements:
5 - 7 Years experience (After admission).
Post graudate qualification in Trusts would be an advantage.
Post graudate / diploma in Tax would count in your Favour.
Experience in Conveyancy, Property Law and Litigation would be beneficial.
Insolvency / Estate planning experience.

Skills:
Sound knowledge of trust structures, the registration thereof e.g. Family, Property, Business Trusts and Independent Trustee administration.
Will be ''director'' of own company.
Excellent public speaker with ability to interact with a board variety of clients.
Marketing, networking and entrepereneurial skills are essential.
