Description: My clients Mobile Operations is a relatively new business focusing on DVB-H and associated Mobile TV services.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Design of systems architecture for the integration of Mobile Operators, internal supports systems, billing and provisioning systems for Mobile TV.
- Management of all production systems and its applications for Mobile TV.
- The position offers a growth into the Solutions Architecture role.

Systems Architecture design and documentation.
Production Management, system administration, technical operations and support to ensure continual service to my clients Mobile internal divisions and to the Mobile Operators.
Management of procurement and installations of new infrastructure components.
Technical ownership of System Integration for a specific project between systems and with Mobile Operators.
Technical directing of system team members.
Deployment and release management into production.
Systems capacity management of infrastructure, networks and associated applications.
Defines and implements System Procedures and Standards as required for compliancy, including ISO27001.
Define and implement systems security roadmap, controls and manage ongoing security tasks.
Work with the Software Architects in management of the overall solution architecture.
Research.
Qualifications And Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in infrastructure and network administration.
- ITIL.
- Systems life cycle management.
- Expertise in integration methods.
- Strong knowledge of the software development process.
- Application/System architecture design and documentation.
- Agile software development values, principles and practices.
- Expertise in mobile technologies.
- Troubleshooting.
- Coordinating production implementation with 3rd parties.
MCSE or similar.
- B.Sc (Computer Science) or similar qualification a preference.
