§ Extensive experience in the ISO Department.

§ Be familiar with ISO Quality System and Procedures.
§ Type ISO documentation
§ Quality systems graphs on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
§ The ability to operate with minimal supervision and to develop administrative control system.
§ The ability to communicate at all levels of Management.
§ Manage Document and Data control system of ISO 9000 system (Lotus Notes).
§ Conduct internal audits on various departments on an annual basis.
§ Maintain Document & Data Control system.
§ Maintain & Co-ordinate Corrective and Preventive Action systems.
§ Maintain & Co-ordinate Customer Complaint system.
§ Quality Data Packs.
§ Liaise with external inspectors.
§ Monthly Reports & Presentations.
