- Project Managers – 2 to 5 years experience as a project manager with competencies in managing the client & consultant interface, contractual, technical, commercial, safety, issues – be capable of providing early direction to the project to ensure a success in the earlier mentioned areas.
· Prefer gulf or international experience, but not essential
· Prefer experience to be in as a contractor’s representative – i.e. leading the construction team and practical delivery of the project
· Prefer Marine/Coastal construction experience – harbor works, jetty works, cofferdams, sheet piling, reclamation, dredging, piling, marine pipelines
· Candidates with a civil engineering background and keen interest in marine works would be considered
- Construction Managers – as per above experience/capabilities, possibly with an interest to be a Project Manager in the near future – marine works experience very advantageous.
3. Project Engineers – (Senior) who have some good civils experience, interested in marine works and structures where we interface with coastal & river water. Keen to develop into Construction/Project Mangers in the near future.
4. Site engineers/ Quantity Surveyors (recently out of Technikon/University) interested in a development opportunity in our field of work in the Middle East. (NHD Civil Engineering, BSc Eng)
- Estimation/Planning/ Methods Engineers – be initially office based in support of engineer
- Land & Marine Surveyors
- Superintendents or General Foreman with suitable experience in construction who are able to engage with the local/Asian labor, and manage production and safety.
